Our Mission

Young Rhinebeck prepares youth to interact with their local and global community with intelligence, cultural competence, ethics, compassion, and generosity.

We envision a world in which young people have a viable capacity to engage their world with sound academic and intellectual abilities, a sense of citizenry and ethics, and useful experience in cultural competence and compassion.

We do this by providing youth with opportunities, resources, and skills to:

-Help strengthen a belief in their own self worth and determination;

-Better prepare them for school and productive work; and

-Connect with other youth, their local community, and beyond.
